SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICIESAll orders placed before 1.00pm BST will be shipped same day. Any orders received after this time will be shipped the following day. If your order is placed after 1.00pm BST on a Friday, or over the weekend, your order will be shipped on the following Monday.
Shipping to EUROPE and UK, deliveries are between 1-5 days depending on country and express or standards shipping option chosen. Costs are variable and visible at checkout.
If you are in anyway unsatisfied with your purchase you can return your item for an exchange or a full refund within 14 days.
We will refund your method of payment for the purchase price.
Please send an email email@example.com for an RMA code before returning or exchanging items. We cannot issue refunds or exchanges for items returned without this code. In your email, please specify your order number and reason for return or exchange. If there are any discrepancies in your order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
For orders being returned from the United States, Australia, New Zealand and other non European territories, please also request a Return to Sender Commercial Invoice.
If you are seeking an exchange, please email us email@example.com let us know your request so we can hold the stock for you. If we are out of stock in that style you can always exchange for another style.
Exchange items will be shipped to you at no additional cost.
