SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICIES
All orders placed before 1.00pm BST will be shipped out the same day. Any orders received after this time will be shipped the following day. If your order is placed after 1.00pm BST on a Friday, or over the weekend, your order will be shipped on the following Monday.
If you are in anyway unsatisfied with your purchase you can return your item for an exchange or a full refund within 14 days.
We will refund your method of payment for the purchase price, less shipping once we receive your return package.
Please send an email firstname.lastname@example.org for an RMA code before returning or exchanging items. We cannot issue refunds or exchanges for items returned without this code. In your email, please specify your order number and reason for return or exchange. If there are any discrepancies in your order, please email us at email@example.com.
For orders being returned from the United States, Australia, New Zealand and other international territories, please also request a Return to Sender Commercial Invoice.
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit and you are advised to obtain proof of postage and send via a tracked method.
If you are seeking an exchange, please email us firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know your request so we can hold the stock for you. If we are out of stock in that style you can always exchange for another style.
Exchange items will be shipped to you at no additional cost.
